Building safer communities for children and young people

This year’s Impact100 Sydney grant will support an eligible not-for-profit to develop and implement practical solutions aimed at reducing violence against children and young people in their own community; to help prevent family violence into the future; and/or to make a positive difference for children and young people who are victims of domestic violence.

This $100,000 single grant will be awarded to an initiative that clearly demonstrates the funding will make a transformational impact to the organisation and/or the community it supports.

Of particular interest are projects which incorporate the development of (or extension of existing) collaborative partnerships across community organisations.

We will consider applications for projects that:

1. Support children and young people at risk (up to age 25 years) affected by domestic violence

2. Target these specific communities within the Greater Sydney region, for a defined duration and with measurable goals.

3. Demonstrate ongoing benefit to the community and/or the organisation's sustainability.
